The biggest problem is the difficulty of server maintenance caused by improper server planning, the most critical and worrying thing is that enterprise mail is often blacklisted by some international anti-spam organizations. Maybe, many people may wonder if it is blacklisted, then, you can simply make a complaint and release it. In fact, this answer is barely correct. However, from appeal to release, you still need to wait for a while, in this case, a large number of users are reported. I personally think this is actually a manifestation of the instability of the mail platform. as an administrator, you must understand the root cause of being blacklisted, of course, the most important thing is to be able to reasonably plan the system structure and network structure in order to have a more stable mail platform structure when planning the mail platform architecture. below, I will share a typical case that is not common.

Some time ago, when dealing with some mail technical support work, we encountered the problem that enterprise mail servers were frequently blacklisted by the International Anti-Spam Alliance, and the frequency was extremely high, basically at least three times a day, in fact, from the three meanings, this is not simply a server fault, it is very likely that we have been targeted by the Anti-Spam Alliance for external public email addresses, so we complained to the anti-spam Alliance three times a day or even early in the morning? Or do you have any problems? Of course, I believe that it is normal to get blacklisted once in a while and solve the problem after appeal. After all, sometimes anti-spam consortium will make a false judgment. However, this issue is obviously not a false positive, so you still need to find the root cause.

In this fault, I used the simplest method and an empirical method when dealing with such problems. What is the return value when I try to telnet the email server of another company? Of course, when you telnet the IP address of the Peer mail server, what is the IP address of your connection?

In fact, someone raised a question at the time. Does it make sense for you to telnet to the peer mail platform? Of course it makes sense. From the perspective of troubleshooting, there are still some problems with the normal services of the Exchange server and the network link connection. If you have experience implementing Exchange, you will know, the last step is port ing. So let's take a look at the port ing situation. Before querying the ing from network engineers, you may wish to do the following thing like me.

1. On the office network platform, telnet other email organizations that support telnet echo to view the echo address.

2. telnet on the mail gateway or Exchange server to support telnet echo, mail organization, and view the echo address.

Why do we need to take these two steps? If the two ECHO addresses are different, but what if both ECHO addresses are Email Gateway addresses? This is a problem. After all, we release port 25 only for the mail platform. If the office network is free to use a machine to telnet to the mail server of other mail organizations, it is the mail gateway address, what does it mean, I believe our email administrators are clear.

Finally, my analysis results were displayed and verified through network ing. At that time, the network layer directly mapped the whole office network address port 25 to the Mail Gateway public network address for simplicity, I requested a new ing to ensure that the mail public IP address is only used for the Mail Gateway and cannot be used for other ing. After adjusting the ing server range, I observed it for one month, there is no problem of being intercepted by anti-spam.

The above is just a column handling method I have analyzed when this type of anti-spam is blacklisted by the International Anti-Spam alliance. I hope it will be helpful for bloggers who have similar problems.
