Common Phenomena
1. You can zoom in and out the map, but it is displayed as a white chart.
Common Causes
1. A database-type data source. The database cannot be connected;
2. Some layers on the map are lost or the dataset is damaged;
3. for file-type data sources, unzip pro is a white image.
Solution
The white chart problem is generally caused by data, and there are three common data problems. One is a file-type data source, and the other is a white chart when the browser pro opens the map. The other is that the data source suddenly breaks down the connection, another problem is that some layers are lost or damaged. If it appears, we recommend that you first view the log (under the installation directory of Supermap is. Net/bin/log/file with the name of the topic that starts the graph service in the latest day) and Windows event management to view system error information.
If it is a file-type data source, make sure that the data has not been opened by other software or system processes. If the system environment is complex, copy the data to another host to check whether the data can be opened, if it still cannot be opened, it is recommended to copy a new data copy if there is a backup.
If the data source is disconnected, stop the map service to open the workspace (if the data source is database-type, do not stop the map service) and check whether the data source can be accessed, if the database and map services are disconnected on different hosts, stop the map service and connect to the network. Then, clear the image cache, cache the Web server, and restart the map server.
If you want to eliminate the problem caused by data source disconnection and exclusive opening of the file data source, you can use Supermap preview pro to view the map data. If the dataset corresponding to some layers in the map is empty or the number of records is empty, copy the backed up data. If you click browse to view a dataset with objects, but the browsing attribute data is not recorded, we recommend that you re-calculate the data range, or copy the data from the backup data to create a new dataset, then point the layer to the dataset. After the data check is normal, clear the image cache, cache the Web server, and restart the map server to browse the map.
