ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
(The ORA-03113 itself may cause many reasons, the system's core parameter settings are not appropriate, Oracle environment variables and permissions, SQL, PL/SQL errors, disk space is full, firewall problems)

In this case, you can use RMAN to delete unnecessary archived logs on ASM.
Rman> connect target/
Rman> delete archivelog all;

After clearing the space, start again. OK.
