1. After the wayos is started and the configuration file is loaded, it is stuck in the ppp20: no such device

The prompt indicates that the ppp20 device cannot be found. As we all know, each Wan port has a PPP device, which is used for pppoe dialing and has always been normal, this problem may occur when you submit the pppoe parameter, and the user interface crashes, resulting in only a part of the parameter import, resulting in a problem. For example, there is no better solution yet, I was in a hurry. After analysis, I directly typed a reset in the console.

 

2. After the wayos is started, errors are directly provided after the configuration file is loaded and restarted.

If this problem occurs, I cannot find the problem at present, but it is estimated that the Nv configuration file is damaged. After importing the configuration file to wayos, the memory overflows and restarts. If there is a backup data brother, you can directly compare the configuration file to find the problem.

 

3. When wayos is started, what error occurs when loading the configuration file?

This may be caused by memory or disk problems, but I personally think this is related to the memory. Due to memory problems, the memory error occurs during storage, an error occurs when the file is stored in the memory. After the file is replaced, the hardware proves this problem. You must reset or delete the configuration file in the console.

 

4. A customer himself added some lines and found that he could not connect to the network. He tried n times, including reinstallation failure?

In the past, I saw that all the Wan Traffic was not running? This was because the Wan was faulty, so I used pppoe for direct dial-up testing.

I suspect that the WAN switch is being extended. I just got connected. Why? However, it was found that the switch had enabled STP, so it would take 30 seconds for the port to respond. The switch was entered later. Is that correct?

I can't find the problem all the time. I changed a computer with a m Nic and connected it to the G1 port of the switch. What should I do when I found the network time? I suspect there is a problem with the switch, but carefully observe the data lights? It seems that there is no problem. I suddenly thought that the network card would be MB?

At first glance, the WAN ports of the extended Wan switch and route are both m, and the user uses a 4-aluminum 4-iron line, which makes the network easy to disconnect, previously, I found this problem during Integrated Wiring. After I changed the network, the fault was rectified.
