First, the product internal description

Install label paper and ribbon before you need to understand the internal structure of the product, such as the label paper frame, carbon belt supply shaft and recovery shaft, etc., the product description see the figure below!

Second, barcode carbon tape installation

The steps of the Ribbon installation are generally the first to install the recovery shaft, and then the ribbon through the supply shaft, and then fixed in the machine card slot, and then pull out the lead, with the label paper will lead to the recovery shaft, and then use hand-scroll to understand the recovery axis to tighten up!

Third, the label paper installation

Label paper after the paper roll fixed, and then through the guide, pressure under the Ribbon, label paper with the Ribbon direct contact, installation steps are as follows:

4. Printer connection

Printer line is generally a USB cable and power cord, the power cord at both ends of the need to connect the printer and socket, USB cable also need to be connected to the printer's USB mouth computer USB port, refer to the following figure:

Iv. Printer Self-test

Please turn off the power of the printer and load the Ribbon and label paper. Press the Feed button (feed), and turn on the power of the printer, until the printer starts to feed the paper can release the Feed key, at this point into the self-test mode. The printer will perform the following items.

1. Adjust label spacing.

2. Print hot print head inspection style.

3. Print internal set value.

4. Enter the debug mode. (If you want to jump out of the debug mode, please turn off/Open the machine again to restore normal mode printing)

Five, the clearance sensor sensitivity correction

This function is used to correct the sensitivity (sensitivity) of the volume label Paper Gap sensor. When the user replaces the new label paper or makes the printer initial (initialization), please recalibrate the sensitivity of the tab gap sensor.

Note: Improper clearance of the gap sensor may cause the paper to not be properly positioned, causing the error light to flicker.

Use the following steps to correct the clearance sensor

1. Turn off the printer power, install a blank label paper roll ﹝ No logo or text ﹞ to the printer.

2. Hold down the Pause key (PAUSE) and turn the power on.

3. When the printer starts to feed, you can release the suspend key. Do not turn off the power on the printer until the printer stops and the power and cable LEDs are lit.

Vi. printer Initialization (initialization)

When the printer is initialized, the print parameters are restored to the factory set value.

Follow these steps to initialize the printer:

1. Power off the printer.

2. Press and hold the Feed key (feed) and suspend the key (PAUSE), and then turn on the power.

3. Power supply (PWR), cable (on-line) and error (ERR) Three LEDs flashing once, you can drop two keys, the printer's initialization is complete.

Note: Please recalibrate the gap sensor after initialization is complete.
