GTD is short for "Getting Things Done", a widely used time management system that gives actual actions.

The first contact with GTD was at the end of February. I have done some research to better understand this time management method. I will discuss more about GTD in future logs.

What is GTD?

The basic theory of GTD is to move all the tasks and events that a person wants to accomplish from the brain and record them on paper. In this way, the brain will focus on what needs to be done without being disturbed by unnecessary things.

David Allen, the founder of GTD, advocates the establishment of a detailed to-do list, for example, listing the calls to be made and the tasks to be completed in the city. He also proposedTwo-minute rule": If any task can be completed within two minutes, it must be completed immediately.
