Turning off data prompts Oracle ORA-24324 ORA-01041 ORA-01089 errors and personal resolutions.
SQL> conn/as sysdba
Connected to an idle instance.
SQL> shutdown immediate
The ORA-24324: service handle not initialized.
ORA-24323: value not allowed
ORA-01089: immediate shutdown in progress-no operations are permitted
SQL> shutdown immediate
The ORA-24324: service handle not initialized.
ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist
After searching for the Internet for a long time, I can simply shutdown abort, but the following error occurs when I execute shutdown abort.
SQL> shutdown abort
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
Final Solution:
Run vi/etc/host under root.

Delete the red row above, re-enter the oracle user, and execute SQL plus.
Shutdown abot feasible
SQL> shutdown abort
ORACLE instance shut down.
It may not be the reason for the above red sentence. You also need to exit and re-enter the oracle user. If you don't understand it, it will solve the problem.
