Turn on Chrome 19 's Chrome to Mobile

Previously, if you wanted to send a Web page that you are browsing in chrome to your phone, you need to install a plugin for chrome. Now, Chrome Dev has natively supported the "Chrome to Mobile" feature. To use this feature, you need chrome to log in as your own Gmail account, and install "Chrome on Android" on your phone and log in as a Gmail account. It is known that this feature is not turned on by default in version "19.0.1084.15" and needs to be manually enabled by "chrome://flags/" (in earlier versions, by default).
