Vim/etc/mysql/my. cnf

Find

Bind-address = 127.0.0.1

Changed:

Bind-address = 0.0.0.0
# Allow access from any IP address

You can also specify an IP address.

Restart MySQL:

Sudo/etc/init. d/mysqld restart

Step 2: modify the database configuration:

Authorize root users to remotely connect

Grant all privileges on *. * to root @ "%" identified by "password" with grant option;
Flush privileges;

The second line of command to make the settings take effect.
