Step 1: Perform initial debugging in LR.
1. LR preliminary color.
Open LR, import the image you want to process, and modify the image. (if you are not familiar with the software, you can first understand the basic operations ). Select the "HSL/color/black/white" adjustment bar and adjust the red color in the screen to make the red color brighter and clearer. The parameters are as follows.

After this step, the following figure is displayed. It can be seen that the building will be brighter, but the whole transparency is not enough, it is still relatively dim, because, next, we will further color the overall picture and the red building.
Next, adjust the basic toolbar (generally, this step is adjusted first, because in the early stage, we mainly wanted to adjust the red building, so we didn't adjust the entire screen first .)
Here, the two parameters of shadow and brightness are highlighted. Because the overall picture is relatively dim, because the shadow can highlight the dimmed part of the picture, and the brightness will make the red building naturally saturated. The general parameter is not too high, and the saturation is determined based on the picture, I have not added it here.

After adjustment, the screen is bright, the color is naturally bright, and the red color is transparent.

Some areas in the figure below may be relatively dark. This will ignore it and continue our operations, and the entire screen will be adjusted later.
Step 2: perform radial fuzzy search to achieve dynamic latency.
As mentioned above, we need to simulate delayed photography, because the characteristics of delayed photography (slow door) photos are that the trajectory of object motion will be well reflected. Run CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + E to print the layer, and then run CTRL + J to copy the new layer, as shown in the following figure:
Select the [copy image 2] layer and execute the filter ~ Fuzzy ~ The radial fuzzy command is used to simulate the motion track of the cloud by performing operations on the sky and the white clouds.
This step is important. The number is set to 30, and the blur method selects scaling. The center blur point should be placed in the center on the left, because the simulated white clouds are moving from the left to the right, it is basically horizontal.
After confirmation, the effect is shown in the figure above. At this time, we add a mask to the layer, and use a rounded corner paint brush. The foreground color is black and the opacity is 100%. We can smear the area outside the sky and the white clouds.

1. Select Image 2. Use a quick selection tool to select the left half-side car section. Do not use extra precision. Press CTRL + J to copy a layer and perform radial blur, pay attention to the location of the center blur point (the center blur point is always the starting point of the distribution, and it is equivalent to the diagonal line of the desired distribution direction)
2. Continue to select layer 2. Use the quick selection tool to select the right half-side car section. Press CTRL + J to copy a layer and perform radial blur. The center blur point should be located on the right side.
3. Always use layer 2 as the basis and select the desired radial blur. If the radial blur direction is not correct, adjust it again.
After the above two steps, the following figure is displayed:

Cover visible layers, copy the original color "Layer 1", and place it at the top of all layers.
You can use quick selection tools to create a selection area for a work-colored building and press ALT to reduce the selection area and finally get the selection of a red building.
