Now advocated to build a conservation-minded society, paperless office is in line with this requirement, although the real sense of paperless office is difficult to achieve, but to achieve saving paper is not difficult.
The duplex printing feature of Microsoft Office Word is a good example. Unlike word, however, Excel never provides duplex functionality, and Excel 2007 is no exception, so we have to do it ourselves so that Excel 2007 can print on both sides.
I have a knack for printer setup.
Some printers can find the duplex option in the print properties as long as the driver is installed, taking Canon PIXMA iP1000 as an example (please install the drive on the CD with the printer)
, when printing, just open the Excel 2007 workbook, click the Office logo in the upper left corner to print, open the Print Settings window, select "Canon pixma iP1000" in the printer name, and then click the "Properties" button to call out "Canon Pixma iP1000 Properties window, switch to the Page Setup tab, and locate and check the Duplex check box (Figure 1).

Two. Small plug-ins have magical
Excelprinter (search for download excelprinter>>) is a small plug-in that can enhance Excel printing (75KB size only), not only for Excel 2003, but also for Excel 2007.
After the installation is downloaded, the plugin adds the program icon to the custom toolbar in the Excel2007 tab of the add-in. It not only has the "manual duplex printing" function, but also "print the current page" (Figure 2), it is a quick and convenient choice!
