Two channels of AM2

I always thought that for integrated graphics cards, using dual-channel memory can improve their performance, because NF2 does. What about AM2 + gf6100?

My configuration is AM2 flash dragon 2800 +, the motherboard is Onda n61gt, a single M memory, and later I borrowed the same memory to form a dual channel for testing.

The results were disappointing. The scores of 3dmark2001 were almost identical, but the dual-channel memory read/write performance was improved, but not much, therefore, I am very skeptical that the dual-channel is not actually enabled.

So I found the answer on the Internet. is the two-channel memory of the AM2 platform much faster than the single-channel memory ?, It seems that, for the AM2 platform, the dual-channel does not make much sense.

Then we can add 1 GB of memory directly.
