1. The company uses Jira to track all the affairs of software development. JIRA can track almost everything you do. It is conducive to your own track work and the company's personal evaluation.
2. Scrum software development process. I think scrum is currently the most efficient software development model (maybe somewhat biased ).
3. 360-Degree performance evaluation. Let all Mr. dongguo stand out from the crowd and help employees who are really competent to stand out (reject the big pot meal and reject mediocrity ).
4. Truly flat management mode. I have always hoped to do something in the mobile Internet field. Some of my previous ideas have not been paid much attention by the company's senior management and cannot realize my own value. I hope that we can make full use of the conditions provided by the company to give full play to our supervisor's initiative and push ourselves and our colleagues to fight for it!
5. Our vision: Excellent Software (I think this is very good ). This is not only a slogan, but also the software development level, software system architecture, a line of code, and strict code review.
6. The company's vision, Development Plan, product roadmap, and various transaction processes can all form documents and open them to all employees. In this way, employees can have a sense of belonging and be more proactive.
