When I recently watched iPod Touch online, I wanted to check how it got online. the Internet says that it can share the network through a notebook. I thought, since it can all share the network of the notebook, why can't my notebook share the network of the notebook? So Google: two laptops shared wireless networks and found a lot of information. then set up my computer. after a long time, I finally got on. I was very excited. I recorded the entire process of setting up:

Two laptops with wireless NICs are needed (of course, it doesn't matter if there are two wireless NICS), and one network cable, and one computer can access the Internet through the network cable.

First, select a machine as the "host", that is, it can directly access the Internet, and the other is to access the network through it.

In fact, the setting is very simple. First open the control panel of "host"> network connection, right click on "wireless network connection", and select "attribute ", the "Wireless Network Connection Properties" dialog box is displayed. switch to the "wireless network configuration" tab.

Click the "advanced" button below to bring up the "advanced" dialog box, and then select "only computer to computer (specific)". Do not select "automatically connect to a non-preferred network" below ", (This is important !).

Select "configure my wireless network settings in Windows" and click "add" to display the "Wireless Network Properties" dialog box.

There is a "Network Name (SSID) at the top:". Enter the name of your network in the input box on the right (whichever you like ).

We recommend that you do not check the following "connect even if this network is not broadcast.

Click "Network Authentication", select "open", data encryption, and select "disabled.

The following "automatically provide this key for me" is also checked.

Click "this is a computer-to-computer (temporary) network without wireless access points" at the bottom, and click "OK.

Refresh the wireless network list in another notebook and you will be able to see the network you just added.

After the following settings, you should be able to access the Internet.

First, enable the properties of the wireless network, and enable the properties of TCP/IP (that is, the IP address that is often set inside). All the options of the two laptops are set to automatically get. in this way, the wireless network settings are OK. right-click "Local Connection" and switch to the "advanced" tab. In "Internet Connection Sharing, select "allow other network users to connect to the computer through Internet connection.

In this way, the setting is OK. Then, open the wireless network list on another notebook and connect to the wireless network on the "host" to start accessing the internet!
