1. AccessDatabaseExport directly in

Use Access to openDatabaseFile, select the "student" table containing alumni information, right-click and select "Export" command (1 ).

In the displayed dialog box, change "Save type" to "Microsoft Excel 97-2003 (*. (XLS), enter the file name, and click "Export". Then, a standard Excel file is obtained.WorkBook file.

Open the exported file in Excel and delete unnecessary columns. Only the two columns (2) of the name and e-mail address are retained, and save them, finally, upload the file to the lead for review.

2. Use AccessToExcel to help

Select the table to be converted from the list, and click the "retrieve Field List" button to conveniently list all fields in the table in the lower left corner of the window, removing the check mark before unnecessary fields, click "Browse data" to check whether the project is the final requirement (4 ).

Switch to the "export data" tab, click "select export file", and enter the final EXCEL file name to be exported.

Click "Export". The export progress is displayed below the window,CompleteThen, click "yes" in the pop-up dialog box to save immediately. In this way, the required Excel file is obtained.

Open the exported file in Excel. Only the selected fields are displayed. Compared with direct export, a title is added to the front of the Table exported using AceeToExcel. If you do not need it, remove it in Excel.
