Two solutions to ORA-30078 errors

Recently encountered a ORA-30078 error while trying to create a partition table, prompting "ORA-30078: partition limit must be TIME/timestamp with time zone text", why is it difficult.

First, I create a test table hoegh1, which contains a time field of the date type and uses this field as a range partition. It is created successfully;

Next, try to create the test table hoegh2, which contains a timestamp type of time field, and with this field as the range partition, the creation failed, encountered a ORA-30078 error.
