Two SQL interview questions

During the interview, I encountered two SQL query questions multiple times. One is to query 31st to 40 records in the (ID, name) table, and the ID as the primary key may be a column that is continuously increasing, the complete query statement is as follows:

Select top 10 * from a where ID> (select max (ID) from (select top 30 ID from a order by a) T) order by

The requirement for another question is to query records with more than three unique IDs in Table A. The complete query statement is as follows:
Select * from (select count (ID) as count from Table group by ID) t where T. Count> 3
