Two ways to remove advertisement in IE9/10 browsers

Microsoft launched IE 10, which was threatened, is still very useful, thanks to the Tracking Protectection List (TPL) mechanism introduced by IE 9, IE 9, and IE 10 (or later) with the tracking protection function, most advertisements can be filtered by TPL subscription without plug-ins (embedded advertisements and Flash plug-in advertisements cannot be filtered ).

In addition to the built-in TPL method, Adblock IE, the charged IE plug-in, is similar to the Adblock Plus plug-in on Firefox/Chrome. It can filter more types of ads and support IE 7 ~ A 10-and 32/64-bit system, but does not support the custom rule list.

Therefore, Windows XP/2003 and below cannot be enjoyed. Upgrade to Windows 7 or Windows 8! IE 10 is fast!

The second method to install the plug-in is simpler. You can download and install the plug-in on the Adblock IE website. The Adblock IE plug-in icon (as shown in the figure below) appears on the right of IE's address bar. The red color indicates that the page advertisement is filtered, and the green color indicates that the original page has no advertisement.

Adblock IE is currently the only unpleasant thing, that is, it is a paid software, and it is not cheap! The authorization fee for a single computer is USD 19.95! The trial period is 30 days. After 30 days, you must have a registration code to stop the advertisement.

Here is another free software called ADefender. It is theoretically very advanced to filter all advertising traffic in the form of a global proxy, but the list of this software does not contain ChinaList, therefore, the advertisement of many Chinese websites cannot be removed, so there is no need for installation. In addition, the execution speed of the software is not fast, and the webpage opening speed will be significantly affected.
