Two ways to set paragraph alignment in Word2013

Method 1: Open the Word2013 document window and select the paragraph you want to set alignment to. Then, in the paragraph group in the start Ribbon, click the Align Left button, the center button, the Align Right button, the Justify button, and the scatter-align button to set the alignment, as shown in Figure 1.

Method 2: Open the Word2013 document window and select the paragraph you want to set alignment to. Click the Paragraph Settings button in the Paragraph group in the start Ribbon, in the Open Paragraph dialog box, click the Alignment drop-down Triangle button, and then in the Alignment Drop-down list, select the appropriate alignment, as shown in Figure 2.
