Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Installation Miniconda

Download

Miniocnda bash file download link https://conda.io/miniconda.html, I chose 64-bit Python version 3.6 (miniconda3-latest-linux-x86_64.sh);

Installation

Enter the directory where the miniconda3-latest-linux-x86_64.sh is located, terminal run

$ bash miniconda3-latest-linux-x86_64. SH

Depending on the Setup wizard, you can set the installation path and environment variables, I choose the default settings, so you can basically be a fool-type installation.

Test

Open a new terminal, run

$ Conda--version

# Conda 4.3.14

Visible Miniconda has been installed successfully, the current version number is Conda 4.3.14
