To add a user right:
1, add USBFS User group (will have vboxusers and vboxsf two user groups after loading)
sudo groupadd usbfs
2. Add your Linux users to the Vboxusers, usbfs two groups

To set up virtual machine hardware:
Note: This is based on the personal hardware, I use ich9+usb3.0 here. If the reference to this setting is not recognized properly, then you can switch to try in turn.
When the virtual machine is started, it will prompt to install the hardware, if you choose USB2.0 should not be installed driver, if it is 3.0 need to download the driver, it is said that the high version of VirtualBox can be installed successfully.
Install the drive to restart the virtual machine. Then shut down the machine.
The physical machine Ubuntu also restarts.
Open the VirtualBox again, start the virtual machine, and insert the USB drive. Will find the lower right corner of the USB settings can be recognized, check the USB drive device. or select "Device" from the menu bar
