Apt-cache search curl | grep php
The following content may be returned:
Php5-curl-CURL module for php5

2. installation:
Sudo apt-get install curl libcurl3 libcurl3-dev php5-curl

3. restart apache
Sudo/etc/init. d/apache2 restart

4. if the problem persists, try to edit your php. ini file (my file is/etc/php5/apache2/php. ini) and add a line at the end:

Extension = curl. so

Save the file and restart the Apache server.
