Jono Bacon denies the Ubuntu program branch GNOME, indicating that all source code changes are open source and can be used or modified by anyone. Taking the application indicator as an example, it is based on the freeyuntop.org specification, KDE provides consultation, Ubuntu invites GNOME developers to participate in the Freedesktop discussion, and proposes to the GNOME community to join, however, the upstream integration decision has nothing to do with the downstream Ubuntu.
