Ubuntu error--xml2-config not found when installing PHP

when installing PHP under Ubuntu, after configure, there is an error message: Error:xml2-config not found. Please check your LIBXML2 installation.

This is because the system is missing the library files required by PHP, as prompted to do the following:

sudo apt-get install libxml2 (Press the TAB key)

You will see the following information:

LIBXML2 Libxml2-dev libxml2-headers Libxml2-utils

Here you need to install the Libxml2-dev software package (the software is Ubuntu-server comes with, you need to use the Ubuntu-server CD-ROM installation), the operation is as follows:

sudo apt-get install Libxml2-dev

Once the library file is installed, reconfigure PHP, when the compilation is complete, you will see "Thank for using PHP." Indicates that PHP has been configured successfully .
