Ubuntu Server FTP error 553 -- Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information, the following is a detailed description. I am using ubuntu10.04 server version. download and install the latest VSFTPD,
The write permission has been enabled during configuration. The real user can log on and create sub-directories in the directory, but cannot upload them.
The prompt is 553: cocould not creat file. I don't know why. Write_enable = YES is set

I have read that my/srv/ftp permission has been changed to 777, and root: ftp is also not available. Please help me analyze the cause.
