Ubuntu input arm-linux-gcc-v appears no such file or directory

This question has been bothering me for almost two days, obviously installed the ARM-LINUX-GCC, and the system variables and user variables are configured

But each time you enter Arm-linux-gcc-v, you will see an error title shown. Finally after checking a post there is said to be because the use of Ubuntu is 64-bit reason,

You need to enter sudo apt-get install ia32-libs in the terminal, but there are hints

Package ia32-libs are not available, but are referred to by the another package.

This may mean, the package is Missing, has been obsoleted,or
is only available from another source

However the following packages replace it:

LIB32NCOURSES5 LIB32Z1
E:package ' Ia32-libs ' has no installation candicate

Last input sudo apt-get install lib32z1 successfully solved the problem

Finally thank the efforts of their own, continue to refuel, for the dream struggle

Ubuntu input arm-linux-gcc-v appears no such file or directory
