[Ubuntu--install]apt-get Install when resource temporarily unavailable

Briefly

The Ubuntu16.04 system was installed in the virtual machine, but there was a problem when you opened the use of "Apt-get install", which prompted the following information:

Could not get Lock/var/lib/dpkg/lock-open (11:resource temporarily unavailable)
Unable to lock the administration Directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

Solve

When you go to the Software & Updates tool and update the system, there is no problem. The APT tool is also updated automatically during the update process.
