Ubuntu Shared folders cannot access permissions issues

The newly created shared folder can only be accessed if you switch to the root user group.

Other users do not have permissions because the shared folder belongs to the VBOXSF group.
Adding the current user to the VBOXSF group will give you access to the

    

Command: sudo adduser current user name vboxsf

Note: User group changes require a restart of the virtual machine, where the virtual machine needs to be restarted, otherwise the settings will not be valid.

Restart command: sudo reboot

At this point, you can open the shared folder.
