Ubuntu-how to restore the Panel (taskbar) below the Desktop

Today, I got two systems in my laptop.
If you are curious, you will be confused in Ubuntu and the Panel will be deleted. Sin, too uncomfortable.
Fortunately, the server guard typed sudo Firefox in the terminal.
It's easy to get online.
Google, the solution is as follows:
1. press Alt + F2, enter the following content, and press ENTER

Gconftool -- Recursive-unset
/Apps/panel

2. press Alt + F2 again, enter the following content, and press ENTER

Rm-RF ~ /. Gconf/apps/panel

Press Alt + F2 again, enter the following content, and press ENTER

Pkill gnome-panel
