sudo add-apt-repository ppa:shutter/ppa

sudo apt-get updatesudoinstall shutter

2. Open Keyboard Keyboard settings

3. Add a status of success


4. Click Disabled on the right, and then quickly press Ctrl+alt+a as

5. Ctrl+alt+a Test OK.

Ps:

1. Shortcut keys inside the command by: Shutter-s or Shutter–select

2. Intercept the current active window: shutter-a (a = active)

3. Intercept Drag area: Shutter-s (S is the meaning of select), drag out the rectangular area and press ENTER.
