Ubuntu Linux VI edit mode by pressing the arrow keys will become ABCD,

Recently changed from redhat9.0 to Ubuntu 12.04.3, found that securecrt in VI editing mode by the direction of the key will become ABCD,

This workaround was found:

Ubuntu under the VI Input direction key will become ABCD, this is Ubuntu preinstalled is the vim tiny version, install the VIM full version can be resolved.

Uninstall Vim-tiny First:

$ sudo apt-get remove Vim-common

Re-install VIM full:

$ sudo apt-get install vim

OK, it's back to normal.
