[Ubuntu Series]apt-get Update appears failed to fetch

a general idea:

1, first into the software center, replace the source, the result is the same.

2, the right remedy, found are aarch64 problems, I think, direct

Dpkg--remove-architecture aarch64

Found the problem solved.
