I am not sure if there are any good the using native Bluetooth app that ships with Ubuntu but I am going to use a pretty ol D app called Blueman.
Install it using
sudo apt-get install Blueman
Now from untity search for Blueman and you'll get Bluetooth manager Click on this and you'll get window and Blueman se Rvice would be enabled.
Now you can see both Bluetooth icons on top panel of unity. One'll be native and other'll be Blueman's
Click on Blueman ' s icon and click Local Services.
Now a new window Local Services pops up, in it click on ' Network ' and enable the network Access point, click Apply an D Save it.

1, installation Blueman
sudo apt-get install blueman
2, after the installation is completed, in the termanl, the execution
blueman-services
The interface will appear
This computer-side setup is complete, and the next is the phone
