The solution is as follows:
1. enter the following command on the terminal:
Sudo modprobe-r psmouse
If you open the TouchPad:
Sudo modprobe psmouse
Note: After the system is restarted, the TouchPad is automatically activated.
Put this sentence in rc. local and execute it.
