It's really a good thing. After the connection, I found it never went off. It's very stable, nice!
Now I will share my experience with my friends who have problems with Linux + ruijie certification:
1. Configure the Ubuntu 10.04 network first: System-preference-network connection, and configure IP, mask, gateway, and dns.
2. download the latest version or corresponding version of mentohust: http://code.google.com/p/mentohust/and install it.
3. if you are a windows + linux dual-system and have already installed ruijie on windows, go to the directory where ruijie is located (if you are not a dual-system, copy W32N55 on the windows host where ruijie is installed first. dll and 8021x.exe to the local machine), open bash and input:
Sudo mkdir/etc/mentohust
Sudo cp W32N55. dll/etc/mentohust
Sudo cp 8021x.exe/etc/mentohust
Sudo mentohust // configure mentohust
