Ubuntu11.04Unity launcher displays unread Pidgin Information & Me menu hidden user name

Tip #1. Enable the Ubuntu11.04Unity application starter to display the number of unread Pidgin information. Currently, Ubuntu11.04 is supported. Currently, Ubuntu 11.04 is supported. You need to add a PPA to install the jfi plug-in:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: jfi/pidgin
Sudo apt-get udpate

Click/or enter the following address in the browser address bar to install the package.
Apt: pidgin-libnotify

Tip #2
Only icons are displayed for MeMenu in Ubuntu 11.04 Unity, but user names are not displayed.

Effect

To achieve this, you only need one command:

Open the terminal and enter the following command:

Gconftool-s/system/indicator/me/display -- type int 0
Killall gnome-panel

To restore the original image, you only need to change "0" to "1.
