Charline Poirier, a member of the Canonical design team, conducted a test where 11 Mac and Windows users performed a series of tasks. The results showed that many users do not know the meaning of the Ubuntu button. Five of the 11 members crashed in the test, and one of them lost the response to the quicklist, which was always at the top; windows users habitually double-click applications and files/folders in launcher. A tester regards the Ubuntu Software Center as a recycle bin.
