Currently, printers have been configured in various offices. to save resources, the printer must have been shared by the network administrator. how should we use it? I usually use Ubuntu12.04 in my current system. if I occasionally want to print something and don't want to switch to the XP system, I will briefly introduce how to use this shared printer in Ubuntu and Windows systems, of course, the premise is that the host and printer connecting to this shared printer have to be turned on, and you are in the same LAN and in the same working group.
Environment: The host connected to the printer in my office is WindowXP, and its IP address is 172.20.4.114. no access password is set for the printer.

I can print it. I haven't practiced it in WIN7, but I guess I can.
. 1 run the input host IP address
. 2. view the shared printer

. 3. enter the host IP address
4. if no problem occurs, the shared printer will be found, as shown in Figure 2.4 (samba may not be found ).
. 4. find the corresponding shared printer.
5. click "Forward". The next interface is to select the corresponding driver. if you know what the printer is, select it directly. if you do not know it, select download online. see. as shown in figure 5, the author's office is an HP printer.
. 5. select the driver.
6. after the driver is installed. 6. "DuplexerInstalled" indicates that dual-sided printing is supported when I check the internet. However, after I try again, I cannot print dual-sided printing, maybe something is wrong with my settings. please give me some guidance.
. 6 Select or not ??
