The wine version after sudo apt-get install wine is 1.4.1, and runs after evernote is installed. The following error is prompted:

Cocould not connect to server.

You need to be online to register or perform an initial sync. Please check your internet connection.

Later found that the version of wine libssl problems, found a good wine auxiliary tool playonlinux (see: PlayOnLinux-wine auxiliary tool http://www.linuxidc.com/Linux/2012-08/69416.htm), use it to install the latest wine 1.5.10, after Windows version is set to win7, the problem is solved.
