Remote Desktop login on the logon interface is finally supported on Ubuntu12.10. Canonical integrates Ubuntu Single Sign On with remote logon. After you enter the Ubuntu One account, you can directly access remote data.
Add remote logon information
If you already have an Ubuntu One account, you can easily set it up by simply clicking "? "Icon, then you will see a setting prompt.
Click "OK" to start a Ubuntu client reply. The UCCS page is opened by default in Firefox.
Click the "Remote Desktop tops" tab, click the "Add Remote Desktop" button, and enter the Ubuntu One logon information.
Currently, three remote connection modes are supported:
- ICA (Citrux)
- RDP
- VMWare View
After adding the user, you can log out of the Client Session and return to the logon page. Now you can select the "Remote Login" option and enter the Ubuntu Single Sign On details.
