Ubuntu12.10 log on to the root user through the graphical interface. the logon interface is not displayed. 1. set the password for the root user: 2 sudopasswdroot; 3. switch to the root user: 4 suroot; 5. find/etc/lightdm. conf file (backup one copy), modify lightdm. conf file, at the end... log on to the root user on the Ubuntu 12.10 graphical interface without displaying the logon interface. 1. set the password for the root user: 2 sudo passwd root; 3. switch to the root user: 4su root; 5. find/etc/lightdm. conf file (backup one copy), modify lightdm. in the conf file, add 6greeter-show-manual-login = true7 to restart.
