Ubuntu14.04 video card driver problem (amd5600k set display 7650d)

During the installation of ubuntu, the installation package was inexplicably black. At first, I thought it was the latest Ubuntu installation package that was unstable, so I tried it many times.

Restart --> install --> black screen (hard disk still rotating, nothing on the screen) --> power off --> restart --> install --> black screen .... The loop is repeated many times.

The last time I installed it, I just saw the desire for Ubuntu for a long time, and it was black. I went on to the black screen .... Embarrassed ~~ There is an impulse to throw a cell phone!

After a long time, or two or three days, I began to think that Ubuntu would not be so weak, right ?? Will it be a problem with your own hardware?

So the company installed a win7 + Ubuntu dual-system for its Intel Core desktop. The installation was successful !! The display is not so nice. It should be that the video card driver is not properly installed, but at least it can be used smoothly!

When I got home, I entered win7 Baidu. It was really a problem with the atigraphics card driver! Follow the online method to restart the computer to enter the Rescure mode of ubuntu. There is an option to display "the system is running in Low-graphics mode.", which is caused by the ATI graphics card.

Press CTRL + ALT + (F1 ~ F6), enter the command line mode, and enter the account and password to log on. Run the following command:

sudo apt-get install flglrxsudo reboot

 

Solve the problem.

After you restart the GNOME desktop, press "windowns key + A" to open the search and enter "Ait". You can find "amd catalyst control center" to view the relevant hardware and driver information.
