Sudo gedit/etc/apt/sources. list
Join
Deb ftp://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/ubuntu/ feisty main restricted universe multiverse
The deb-src ftp://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/ubuntu/ feisty main restricted universe multiverse
Comment out other rows
Then
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install eva

For 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon:
Deb ftp://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/ubuntu/ feisty main restricted universe multiverse
The deb-src ftp://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/ubuntu/ feisty main restricted universe multiverse
Change feisty to gutsy. The other steps are the same.
