With the release of Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy Salamander) Alpha 1, Ubuntu GNOME 13.10 (Saucy Salamander) Alpha 1 is also released. Other versions may have been tested and used, however, we may have never tried GNOME.
Ubuntu GNOME is a second release. With the support of Ubuntu, Ubuntu GNOME has many new features:
- It has been updated to GNOME 3.8.
- GNOME Classic session has been added.
- Ubuntu Online account is not included by default.
- Upgrade the kernel to 3.9.0.7
