System: Ubuntu Kylin 17.10

Terminal: SU//Enter password to get root privileges

Terminal:sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/atom

Terminal:sudo apt-get update

Terminal:sudo apt-get install atom

Ok! can use the

Uninstall command:

Terminal:sudo apt-get remove atom

Terminal:sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:webupd8team/atom

(You can also use the above method to install the brackets editor, just change atom to brackets)
