Added the function of initializing a window from a node in XML:

Supports XML documents similar to the following structures,

Use similar initialization parameters during initialization

Bool bsuc = m_pdlg-> initialize (_ T ("Dialog. xml | dialog_panel"));

The next step is to implement the dialog internal control to directly reference the configuration of the external XML document (this facilitates the creation of custom composite controls and makes the structure of the main window document clearer)
