Fifth Chapter: Make a relatively simple website backstage (1)
In this section, we will utilize the display, insert, edit, delete function to realize a relatively simple news release system.
First, introduce the composition of the press release system:
front section: home page shows the latest 5 news, click on the headlines to see the details (including the content of the news, related links), there is also a more connection, point to one can display 10 records per page.
Background section: through a password verification page login to the feature Selection page. The Feature Selection page provides the ability to add, delete, modify, and add, delete, and modify news jumps.
As we explained in the previous course, our first task is to create a database. The procedure that you create is shown in the previous section, which gives you only the structure of the database table. The database is composed of two tables, one for the Admin user table, and the other for the News record table, named article. See the chart structure:
In addition to the title text type in table article, the field size is 200;insert_time The default value is: =now (), src text type, field size 255, and the rest as shown, take Access's default value.
Next, save the database you just created, and then create a data source for the database. As shown in figure:
The data source name is created, let's open Ultradev, create a new site, named News_data, follow the previous method for this site to create a good database connection, and then we can start! Everything is so simple!
