The day before yesterday, due to project design, you need to connect to a remote database server. This Server is SQL Server 2000 (Windows XP) and has sp4 patches in the same LAN. Most computers can use "create SQL server Registration" to connect to a remote computer, but one cannot. The solution is to patch the machine with sp4, but it cannot be solved after installation.
