The external physical host of the Virtual Machine tomcat6 cannot access the problem. After the local virtual machine is started, the 8080 tomcat interface can be opened in the virtual machine. It is returned to windows but cannot be accessed. Solution: 1. disable the firewall (permanent): chkconfig iptables off2. stop the firewall (the firewall will expire after restart): service iptables stop can be used to access tomcat after the firewall is turned off. The above two solutions are not recommended: add rules in the iptables file when the firewall is Enabled: 1. add the following port access rules to the/etc/sysconfig/iptables file-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT-m state -- state NEW-m tcp-p tcp -- dport 8080-j ACCEPT and restart iptablesservice iptables restart now the access is OK.
