Unable to finish clearing DNS cache error How to troubleshoot

Problem Description: When you right-click Local Area connection to select Repair, you are prompted that Windows cannot complete the fix problem because the following actions cannot complete the cleanup of the DNS cache ... "error, as shown in the following figure;

　　To clear the DNS cache, the solution for the DNS cache cannot be cleared:

Step one: Start the related background service, click the "Start" menu ――> Select "Run" ――> Enter "Services.msc" (without quotes) in the run, click OK ――> find "DHCP client" and "DNS client" on the right side of the Services window "These two services ――> when you double-click to open them, set their startup type to Automatic ――> and" start "The two services ――> Click OK, restart the computer;
